Aston Performing Arts Academy (APAA) is a community interest company committed to empowering the lives of young people through performing and creative arts. Operating from central Birmingham, we work with the next generation of emerging talent in the city and wider regions offering music tuition and performance opportunities. 

Our fundamental activities are through our Development Programmes which operate to enhance Vocal, Performance and Music development in our students. APAA is also the home to Elements of Song – the UK’s first urban glee group that offers professional entertainment to corporate events, weddings, awards ceremonies and private functions nationally.

So the saga with #LindensPrimarySchool parents continue. In the latest line up of tweets their racism becomes exposed. I worked hard to move into a ‘nicer’ area and I’m here and I’m black - deal with it. This is equivalent to saying ‘go back to you own country’. I’m here to stay.
